These Terms of Use govern casual, non-account access to the Foxy Audit public website at foxyaudit.tech (the "Site") — browsing, reading, and general use by anyone, whether or not you ever create an account. If you register for and use the Foxy Audit product, your use of the product itself is governed by our separate Terms of Service, not this document.

BECAUSE THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS FREE, NON-ACCOUNT ACCESS TO THE SITE RATHER THAN A PAID SERVICE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US TO ACCESS THE SITE ITSELF, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
